The Spinner Plate Rotates and Elevates Up and Down, Locking Closed When the Motor is Off

Testimonials

Gentlemen,

We recently tried out your Spintech feeder adaptor and we finally have
something that looks like it will keep the raccoons, etc. out of our deer
feeders. In explanation, I’ve been spin throwing and feeding deer for over
40 years and we have used just about every kind of spincast deer feeder.
From old Moultrie’s, to All Season’s, to our own custom built, 300#,
winch-up models. We have tried just about everything known to man to keep
the “robbers” out of the feeders. The older models the cows would even
lick and spin the feeder plates. We don’t like to fence-in or cattle-pen
our feeders since we like all animals to have access to at feed times and we
do a lot of video filming.

Currently we have full circumference varmint cages on our feeders; have
tried PVC; have tried every type of throw plate, including the spring loaded
doors, etc.; barb-wired the varmint cages; and every idea we come up with,
the coons come up with another way to get into the feed, including trying to
lower the brake winches. The latest product we have seen is essentially
attaching a razor blade to the feeder legs…no thanks. As many animals as
we have pushing each other around a feeder, it’s hard to believe someone
would advertise attaching something like that to your feeder (have a few
beers and put some corn in your feeder next to a row of razor blades or fall
off your ladder into a row of “shark’s teeth”).

Then to magnify the problem, we started loading our feeders with a 50-50
mix of corn and “Record Rack Golden Deer Nuggets” (best feed we have
ever used). A “fill-up” cost about $ 60.00 per feeder; we like to throw
about 5-6 pounds per throw; feed only in the evening during the summer
months; so a 300# load should last 50-60 days. We run 6 feeders full time
off season and 12 feeders Sept. through February (approx. ½ mile feeder to
feeder). Since the Deer Nuggets we have been getting 10 DAY LIFE in our
feeders! The coons, squirrels, etc. from sundown to sunup run our operation
like a 24-7 free soup-line. Instead of the summer months (4) costing us a
total of around $ 720.00 in feed, we have been spending over $ 720.00 each
month!

So we load all of the feeders, attach and test one of your throwers, and 12
days later, 5 feeders are dead empty and feeder #6 with your product has
thrown around 70-80 pounds. Feeder #6 we monitor with a gamecam and the
results are attached for your review (9 coons with a few on top spinning
away, then two weeks later one coon just looking up with no food).

We will be buying and installing all feeders with your product immediately!
Although we have some superior, really fat animals right now, time for them
to be fed on a regular, pounds per day diet, while saving us time, money,
and extra labor.

Thanks so much,

Marvin J. Markman

another one that will take two small pic’s please forward such, you’ll
get a kick out of them)
